Guitar lessons start 7 Feb

Renowned musician Chris O'Malley will start GUITAR LESSONS for children from 2nd class upwards on THURSDAYS, commencing 7th February.

The classes will take place in the school from 3-4pm and will cost €5 per class

Here's a little more background on Chris (who is fully garda vetted and insured)...

From Leeds with parents from Mayo and Donegal, Chris O'Malley has played with a number of groups and Irish theatre shows in Australia, Africa, Asia, The United States and Europe, most notably playing for the Irish Ambassador to Ethiopia for St Patricks Day in Addis Ababa.

Chris is also the rhythm guitarist on the Shane MacGowan (Pogues) song for the Ireland team in the European Championships 'The Rockier Road to Poland.

He is currently the accompanist with the well known traditional band ‘The London Lasses’.
