On the first of May, summer officially begins in Ireland. And in centuries-old fashion, it's also the time that many people gather their painted eggs shells, ribbons and bunches of flowers and decorate their May Bush. Our own 4th Class did a wonderful job decorating the trees in the schoolyard.

A message from Fr. Tod... Although the lifting of Government restrictions has meant that, from 10th May, we can return to Mass, the Government advice around First Communion and Confirmation is very clear: 'ceremonies such as Communions and Confirmations should not take place at this time'. Unfortunately, this means that all our Parish First Communion and Confirmation ceremonies are postponed for now. Once there is some level of certainty as to when ceremonies will be allowed
To parents of children starting primary or secondary school in September: The closing date for applying for school transport for the next school year is this FRIDAY 30th APRIL The School Transport Scheme supports transport to and from school for children who reside remote from their nearest school.
