Tidy Towns competition winners

The committee members of Newport Tidy Towns visited the school yesterday to present the prizes they had sponsored to the winners of our recent Poster Competition.

Winners received Book Tokens to the value of €20 (first prize), €10 (second prize) or €5 (highly commended)

Annette, Erika, Fran and Angela from Tidy Towns were delighted with the high standard of work from all the children who took part and suggested they would make fantastic volunteers for Tidy towns when they grew up!
